Because all parts are manufactured on-demand in our Hagerstown workshop, lead times are kept ultra-compact:

• Standard Dispatch: Orders enter the print queue immediately and dispatch within 24 to 48 hours (excluding federal holidays).
• Domestic Shipping Rates: Flat-rate $4.50 USPS Ground Advantage with end-to-end tracking. FREE US shipping on all orders $45.00 and above.
• Local Workshop Pickup (Hagerstown, MD): Select "Local Pickup" at checkout for free zero-contact or direct hand-off pickup in Washington County, MD (21740). You will receive an automated notification with pickup locker details as soon as post-print inspection passes.
• Protective Packaging: All orders are boxed in rigid corrugated packaging with protective cushioning to prevent mechanical damage in transit.

By placing an order on Hagerstown 3D Printing, you agree to the following manufacturing terms:

• Dimensional Tolerances: All FDM polymer components are printed to a commercial standard tolerance of ±0.2mm (or ±0.15mm on calibrated critical slip-fit diameters).
• Material Thermal Limits: PETG parts are heat-deflection rated up to 75°C (167°F). ASA parts are UV-stabilized and heat-deflection rated up to 95°C (203°F). Users are responsible for selecting appropriate polymer compounds for their operating temperatures.
• Intended Use: Our dust collection adapters, tool holsters, and battery cleats are non-structural workshop accessories. Hagerstown 3D Printing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from improper tool usage or misuse.

We value your privacy as strongly as our own:

• Payment Encryption: All credit card transactions are processed off-site by Stripe, Inc. using AES-256 bank-grade encryption. We never see, store, or transmit your credit card numbers on our servers.
• Information We Collect: We collect only the contact name, shipping address, email, and phone number necessary to process your order, deliver tracking information, or clarify CAD quote specifications.
• Zero Third-Party Marketing: We never sell, rent, or monetize your contact information with advertisers or data brokers.
• CAD & Proprietary File Confidentiality: All 3D models (STL, STEP) and photos uploaded for quotes remain your intellectual property and are used exclusively to produce your requested parts.
